Is this group still active?

I've really become a Danganronpa fan with the recent game (It takes a lot for someone like me to get his mind fucked, Case 1 of Danganronpa V3 succeeded.)  The series has inspired me to make my own game, using the Truth Bullet mechanics in Danganronpa with a different story.  A serial killer is on the loose who is among a set of 16 suspects, and it's up to the protagonist-slash-player character, a detective with forensics experience, to solve the sequential crimes (as the Killer pushes the suspects to kill each other in classic Killing Game fashion) which will lead to the uncovering of the Serial Killer mastermind.

Right now I'm brainstorming ideas and doing the game design and worldbuilding, but I have very limited coding experience.  If there's anyone who's willing to help me out, please let me know by a Private Message.  Thanks in advance.
